These terms cover your use of Block You Test Me, the free quiz maker at blocktestme.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian first.

Your quizzes

You own the questions and answers you write. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share your quiz with, because that’s how the service works. Make sure everything you post is yours to share, and skip anything illegal, hateful, or meant to humiliate someone. We may remove a quiz that breaks these rules.

Playing quizzes

Block You Test Me is entertainment, not a detective tool. It can’t see anyone’s accounts, contacts, or messages, and it can’t tell you who blocked anyone. When you play a friend’s quiz, your guesses and the name you enter are shown to the quiz creator. Scores are a game result, not a fact about your friendship, so please don’t use them to accuse anyone of anything.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to spam people, scrape content, break our servers, or work around limits we set. Don’t impersonate others, and don’t post sensitive information like passwords, addresses, or phone numbers. We can remove content and block access when someone harms the service or other people.

Intellectual property

The Block You Test Me name, design, and ready-made question bank belong to us. You can share your own quizzes anywhere you like. Please don’t copy our site wholesale or resell our content as your own.

Availability

The site is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

Links and ads

The site may link to other websites and may show ads. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
